I remember doing that with my Aunt and Uncle. We were in the front of the boat going super fast and then he just stopped and got us all soaked. So much fun. Wasn't the water Freezing!
It was icy cold water. Even the spray was freezing as you can tell by the girls reaction sitting in the back of the boat.
